ROCAS ENERGY combines the development background of Euro Green Energy with a dedicated platform for BESS, EPC, grid integration, O&M, trading and advanced cooling technologies.
Built from a renewable-energy development base.
ROCAS ENERGY was established by Euro Green Energy (EGE), a Romanian renewable-energy company originally focused on solar PV development and EPC. As storage became central to Romania's energy transition, ROCAS was created as a specialised platform for battery energy storage, hybrid assets and integrated energy infrastructure.
Over the last two years, the platform has expanded from that solar-development base into utility-scale storage and multi-energy infrastructure. Today, ROCAS coordinates projects from development and technical structuring through procurement, construction, commissioning, COD and long-term operations.

The current portfolio comprises 15 RTB projects: eight stand-alone BESS, four PV + BESS, one PV + wind + BESS, one wind + BESS and one solar PV project.

For ROCAS-originated projects, the capital partner provides funding while ROCAS remains responsible for EPC / General Contractor execution through commissioning and COD. The completed asset is delivered after COD.
