ROCAS ENERGY was established by Euro Green Energy (EGE), a Romanian renewable-energy company originally focused on solar PV development and EPC. Over the last two years, ROCAS has expanded that foundation into a 15-project RTB platform spanning utility-scale BESS, solar, wind and hybrid infrastructure.
That growth is supported by an integrated model covering development, general contracting, technology integration, O&M, trading and advanced thermal-management solutions.

For ROCAS-originated projects, the operating model is fixed: the investor provides the required capital, ROCAS remains EPC / General Contractor, and the completed asset is delivered after COD.

ROCAS actively promotes immersion-cooled BESS technology as an advanced alternative to conventional air-cooled and cold-plate liquid-cooled systems. In an immersion architecture, battery cells are directly surrounded by a dielectric coolant, enabling highly uniform thermal management.
For high-utilisation storage, industrial loads and critical infrastructure, thermal consistency and availability translate directly into lifecycle economics.
